As we move out of winter and into the light of spring and summer, this 4-week journey is an opportunity to release heaviness, shake off seasonal depression, and reconnect with your body, energy, and aliveness. 🌱☀️

Over four Saturday mornings, we will move through a gentle and powerful process of renewal. Each session is designed to help you create safety within, soften what has been held, awaken your energy, and anchor into a deeper sense of embodiment. ✨

🔥 Awaken your energy.
🌿 And finally ground it into embodiment.

These sessions will be led by Andrea Salazar, a certified Holosomatic Bodywork Instructor, who will guide you through a supportive experience of reconnection, release, and renewal. 🙏

This journey is for you if you have been feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, weighed down by the winter season, or simply ready to step into spring with more presence, openness, and light. 🌷☀️
