A 90-Minute Kundalini Yoga & Sound Healing Experience with Hari Dass

One Gong is a focused 90-minute immersive journey blending Kundalini yoga, breathwork, mantra, meditation, and live gong sound healing.

Led by Hari Dass, this experience is designed as a complete energetic arc — awakening the body, elevating the breath, and settling into deep vibrational stillness.

At the heart of this offering is the energetic exchange between teacher and student. Kundalini yoga is not only a physical practice — it is relational and vibrational. Through guided kriya, mantra, and focused presence, participants enter a shared field of attention and intention.

The gong becomes the central instrument of transformation — one sound, one field, one shared resonance.

What Participants Will Experience

Opening Grounding (10 minutes)
Gentle movement and breath awareness to arrive fully in the body and space.

Kundalini Kriya (35 minutes)
A structured and accessible sequence of breathwork, movement, and mantra designed to strengthen the nervous system and elevate vitality.

Meditation (15 minutes)
Guided seated meditation cultivating internal awareness and energetic alignment.

One Gong Immersion (25 minutes)
An extended live gong experience where participants rest and receive. Through sound healing, the body absorbs vibration directly — and within that vibrational field, many describe a felt transmission of Hari Dass’s presence, discipline, and grounded energy.

The gong acts as both instrument and amplifier, carrying the energetic current of the teacher throughout the room. Participants are not just listening — they are receiving.

Closing Integration (5 minutes)
Silent grounding and return.
