✨ Join us for a deeply restorative afternoon of guided breathwork, meditation, and a transformative sound bath at the Integral Yoga Institute with visiting teacher Jason Faulkner (@olddirtyboston).

🚨 This is a one-time special event in San Francisco. Jason is visiting from Boston for a single session, and there are no plans to offer this experience again in San Francisco, making this a rare opportunity to experience his work in person.

🌿 Jason is the founder of Psychedelic Breathwork, a community that began in Boston two years ago and has since welcomed thousands of participants through weekly classes, workshops, and transformational retreats.

These techniques are designed to calm the nervous system, increase energy, expand awareness, and cultivate greater clarity, resilience, and presence. Whether you're brand new to breathwork or have an established practice, this session offers a safe and welcoming environment to reconnect with your mind, body, and spirit.

Sound Healing by 

PJ Church, RYT-500, C-IAYT, who has been a practitioner of yoga, mindfulness and related modalities for decades. Over the last 12 years, he has taught an array of studio classes, workshops and teacher trainings. Modalities that PJ teaches and practices include Hatha, Raja, Restorative, Vinyasa, Yin, as well as sound healing. When not teaching, he enjoys books, tea, travel, music, and being a grandparent.

⚠️ Space is limited, and because this is Jason's only scheduled San Francisco appearance, advance registration is strongly encouraged.

⏰ Please arrive by 11:45 AM so we can begin promptly at 12:00 PM.
