• 8:00 PM: Zen Meditation with Phillip Surette

Day 2 - August 13

• 8:00 AM: Kundalini Yoga with Hari Dass

• 10:00 AM: Breathwork & Optional Cold Plunge (Led by Jason Faulkner)

• 3:00 PM: Cosmic Connection Ceremony begins
