Yoga with Sadhu
Sunday October 13th 10am-Noon Join us for a Hatha Yoga class designed for all levels, where Sadhu helps you blend mindful movement with breath awareness. You will explore foundational postures (asanas) that promote flexibility, strength, and balance. Sadhu will guide you through a series of poses, focusing on alignment and body awareness, followed by deep relaxation techniques to calm the mind.
Gentle flows, static holds, and breathwork (pranayama) will enhance your overall well-being. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, Yoga with Sadhu offers a supportive environment to connect with yourself, build community and cultivate inner peace.
Sadhu is a certified instructor of Integral Yoga Hatha, which was developed and brought to America by Swami Satchitananda in 1966. Integral Yoga Hatha is a yoga practice that combines physical and spiritual aspects to soothe the mind, energize, and relax the body. It includes chanting, asana sequences, relaxation, breath work, and meditation.
Come as you are, and leave feeling refreshed and centered! Please bring a mat, water, and an open heart.
