As we move through the seasonal shift toward Summer Solstice π, we are given an opportunity to consciously prepare ourselves for greater light, energy, and projection.
This 6-week Kundalini Yoga and Meditation course π§βοΈ is a space to set a clear target π―, strengthen your discipline, and build the inner foundation needed to move into summer with clarity, radiance, and purpose.
Rather than drifting into the season unconsciously, this course invites you to build yourself intentionally π₯ through the transformative technology of Kundalini practice. Through repetition, devotion, breath, mantra, and meditation, we gather and direct our energy toward the life we want to create.
Beginning Saturday, May 9th, and meeting for 6 weeks on Saturdays from 9:30β11:30 AM, Hari Dass will guide the group through a powerful ritual container at the Museum of Modern Renaissance ποΈ

β¨ 31 minutes of Sat Kriya
β¨ 31 minutes of Kirtan Kriya
