Reiki Sound Healing
Coming Home to the Quiet
An Evening of Reiki, Sound Healing & Guided Meditation
Friday, November 6th | 7:00–9:00 PM
Museum of Modern Renaissance
115 College Ave, Somerville, MA
As autumn gives way to winter and the days grow shorter, nature reminds us that there is a time to grow, a time to release, and a time to rest.
Coming Home to the Quiet is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself through an immersive evening of guided meditation, Reiki, and the healing vibrations of sound.
Together, we'll explore the transition from the outward energy of doing and becoming toward something quieter, softer, and more inward.
The Experience
We'll begin with gentle breathing and a grounding meditation, allowing the body to relax and the mind to settle.
Inspired by the familiar comforts of autumn—the crisp air, golden light, rustling leaves, and the warmth of coming inside from the cold—we'll explore what it means to feel truly at home within ourselves.
As the meditation deepens, Victoria will guide us into a restorative experience of Reiki and sound healing.
The rich, resonant vibrations of the gong and singing bowls will fill the space as Reiki energy work invites you to release tension, surrender, and settle into deeper stillness.
There is nothing to achieve, nothing to figure out, and nowhere else you need to be.
A reminder that we don't always need to be growing, blooming, striving, or becoming. Sometimes, we're simply meant to rest.
Just as the trees release their leaves and the earth settles into stillness, we too can give ourselves permission to let go.
To soften.
To surrender.
To come home to the quiet.
What to Bring
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow.
Much of this experience will be enjoyed lying down, so we encourage you to create a warm, cozy, comfortable space for yourself.
Feel free to bring extra blankets, cushions, or warm socks—anything that helps you feel supported and at ease.
No previous experience with meditation, Reiki, or sound healing is necessary.
Come as you are, and allow yourself the space to simply be.
