This Kundalini Yoga & Writing Workshop β open to all levels β is a powerful evening of movement, breathwork, meditation, chanting, sound healing, and writing practices designed to help you access, process, and express whatβs stored in your body and cells. ππ
Together, weβll move through the chakras, building core strength and opening the heart, before turning our attention to the throat chakra β the seat of creative expression β to unlock your voice and awaken your creative potential. π΅π₯
Throughout the class, youβll be invited to write from a place of deep embodied awareness. Whether youβve never journaled before or have written many pages, this workshop offers a safe and inspiring space to connect more deeply to yourself and your inner truth. ππ
